SKHY is a new residential precinct for Auckland. A beautifully designed collection of apartments and buildings with an enduring sense of quality and character. Six distinct and unique apartment types are available, with robust architecture and elegant interiors designed by award winning Cheshire Architects in collaboration with one of Auckland’s finest landscapers, Damian Wendelborn, and developers Lamont & Co. The first SKHY apartments will be completed mid-2017.

The two storey apartment design has been inspired by the renowned modernist architect Le Corbusier' s Unité d'Habitation in Marseille, France

Dual aspect apartments position living areas to the north overlooking SKHY's garden square, and bedrooms to the south where robust concrete façade panels are orientated like fins to create quiet internal sanctuaries, direct views to the west, and draw in afternoon sun

Bedrooms are separated across floors and are both lined with extensive wardrobe cabinetry
